Here’s a look at “American Murderer”, a new independent movie starring Tom Pelphrey, Ryan Phillippe, Idina Menzel and Jacki Weaver. The film, which is based on the true story of infamous conman and fugitive Jason Derek Brown, premiered at the Taormina Film Fest in Italy last month. This clip was shown at the event and it looks like Idina has a pretty big role! Idina’s involvement in the film was announced way back in 2020, but her role was not announced at the time.
The movie’s synopsis is as follows:
“American Murderer” is based on the true story of Jason Derek Brown, a charismatic crook who bankrolls his luxurious lifestyle through a series of scams.
