Idina Menzel: Parents probably hate me for ‘Let It Go’
Idina Menzel understands how the “Let It Go” phenomenon might get on parents’ nerves.
“You probably hate me [if you have kids],” Menzel told the audience during a StriVectin-hosted private performance at The Glasshouses in Chelsea on Monday night, a spy told Page Six.
In March, “Frozen” became the highest-grossing animated film of all time, crossing the $1 billion mark, according to Variety.
At Monday’s event, the Tony winner also performed “No Day But Today” from her Broadway debut “Rent,” which she called a “great anthem for getting through days filled with toddlers and mother-in-laws,” our spy said.
Menzel, 43, and ex Taye Diggs, who in December 2013 announced their split after a decade of marriage, have a 5-year-old son named Walker Nathaniel Diggs.
